History
As a founding partner of a Healthcare Clearinghouse in 2003, I have firsthand experience with the evolution and challenges relating to the complete Revenue Cycle process for Healthcare organizations.
Twenty years later I have established Pursuing Excellence Consulting to work within the Healthcare Industry to provide real solutions to decrease the burdens on Healthcare providers so they can provide superior medical care to their patients.
Pursuing Excellence
I am a former high school basketball coach and was researching ways to equip my players to maximize their talents and abilities. For over ten years I worked with other coaches, professionals, leaders, and authors to develop a program entitled “Seeking Excellence in Everything” (Or the SEE approach) which shifted the focus from impossible perfection to attainable excellence.

I have implemented the same foundation for my life and have offered the same information in my business career to others. It has been both an honor and joy to watch many apply these principals in their lives to improve as players, employees, leaders and most importantly people for their families and loved ones.
